RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery.

If an item is ordered in error or no longer required, a credit note will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected, provided it is:

  • In its original condition

  • In original packaging

Credit notes are non-refundable and must be used within a reasonable period as specified by us.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement, subject to inspection and confirmation of the issue.

Where a return requires collection by us, this may take up to seven (7) working days, subject to availability and operational conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if:

  • The return is requested after the 7-day period

  • The item is not returned in its original condition and packaging

SECTION 20 – DELIVERY TERMS

We offer local delivery within Gibraltar.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) are generally eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability and operational capacity.

On Fridays, the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 2:00 PM.

Orders placed after the applicable cut-off times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be delivered on the next available working day.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges:
We offer free delivery on orders with a total value of £5 or more.
Orders below £5 will be subject to a £3 delivery fee.

Delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Traffic
High order volumes
Operational constraints

During peak periods (including but not limited to sales events, promotional campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas, and other high-demand periods), delivery times may be extended.

While we will always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays are more likely during these periods and we cannot guarantee standard delivery timeframes.

SECTION 21 – FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, or technical failures.
